Start with a complimentary Phase One Consultation to explore your project’s feasibility and create a preliminary budget.

During our first meeting with you we will review your ideas while giving careful attention to the proposed site, scope of work and budget. The outcome of this meeting will be an understanding of the feasibility of the project and consideration for selection of design professionals. Throughout this phase, we will:

Establish client file

Review scope of work and assess feasibility

Contract for preliminary services
In this phase, the design professionals are selected, the Conceptual Plan is developed and reviewed with you, the preliminary budget is reviewed, and your level of finishes is addressed.

You and your design professional will receive our Vendor List and Product Selection Outline which will assist you in making your selections of materials, appliances, paint colors and more.

The engineer and key subcontractors are consulted for input, including value engineering, on the preliminary design. During this phase we will:

Research and document existing site conditions

Select and retain design professionals – prepare the conceptual plan – prepare the selections itemization

Review the conceptual plan, the preliminary product selections and preliminary budget
This stage is often the most exciting because working drawings can be completed and final contract documents prepared. The construction commencement date is set and final preparations are made for construction to commence. During this phase, we will:

Finalize design, material selections and construction documents

Finalize budget and execute the contract documents
Though breaking ground can be an exciting step, it takes the first three phases to successfully and smoothly get to this point. During this phase we:

Prepare and submit permit documents

Present the construction schedule

Hold weekly construction progress/planning meetings with the client

Complete construction on time and within the budget
The production personnel insure that the scope of work we set out with you in Phase I has been successfully completed according to the final agreement.

Fit and finish are verified at one-month and eleven-month walk-through

Satisfaction survey is presented
